The disposable non-woven protective mask with nose bar has the characteristics of light weight, softness, low price and barrier performance. The manufacturer has placed a nose bar with length of about 100mm, width of about 3mm and thickness of about 0.8mm on the inner layer of the upper edge of the mask. As long as you press it gently along both sides of the nose, the upper edge of the mask sewn with the nose bar will be bent and deformed, and keep good contact with the human face. When you release the hand and lose the external force, the bar will not rebound, that is, keep the bent shape unchanged, thus giving full play to the filtering effect of the non-woven mask on the outside air, greatly improving the blocking effect.
At present, one kind of nose bar used in production is plastic nose bar (including plastic nose bar and iron core nose bar), and the other is aluminum nose bar.
With the development of technology and material science, the future nose bar will be more environmentally friendly and have better physical properties.
