The built-in nose bar is sandwiched in non-woven fabric, and there are three types of single-core, double-core and full-plastic nose bar.
The external nose bar has high strength and good toughness, can fit well with the face, and has good sealing performance. The shaping effect is better than the internal nose bar. It is often used in medical surgical masks.
The built-in nose bar has low strength and good toughness, and its cost is relatively lower than that of aluminum. Mainly used for disposable masks and some KN95 masks.
